Piazza Appraisal Service provides appraisal services to the private sector for recreational land exchanges with the DNR. All reports are prepared in compliance with not only the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, but the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Appraisal Report Standards and, when required, the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, oftentimes referred to as the Yellow Book standards.
